Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") defines the rules for using TatbiQ's platform, services, and tools. It exists to protect the integrity of our AI systems, ensure fair use, and maintain a safe environment for all users. By accessing or using TatbiQ, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.

This Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes and Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

General Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Using TatbiQ only for lawful and ethical purposes.
Ensuring your generated projects and content comply with applicable laws.
Reviewing, testing, and validating all AI-generated content before deployment.
Respecting the rights and safety of others who use the platform.

You must not use TatbiQ in ways that could harm others, disrupt the platform, or compromise data integrity.

Users are also responsible for ensuring that their projects and data processing activities within TatbiQ comply with applicable UAE data-protection and cybersecurity regulations.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use TatbiQ to engage in, promote, or enable any of the following:

Illegal or Harmful Use

Activities that violate local, national, or international laws.
Creation or distribution of malware, ransomware, or phishing schemes.
Generating or hosting content promoting violence, hate, or self-harm.
Engaging in scams, fraud, or deceptive practices.

Intellectual Property and Copyright Violations

Using TatbiQ to copy or distribute copyrighted or trademarked content without permission.
Misrepresenting ownership of AI-generated or third-party materials.
Attempting to replicate or train competing AI or development tools using TatbiQ.

Security and System Abuse

Overloading, probing, or interfering with TatbiQ's systems or networks.
Attempting to bypass authentication or access controls.
Sharing or reselling platform access without authorization.
Automating usage (e.g., via bots or scripts) that disrupts service stability.

Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to TatbiQ's systems or data constitutes a violation of UAE Cybercrime Law and may be reported to the competent authorities.

Misuse of AI and Content Generation

You must not use TatbiQ's AI capabilities to create or distribute:

False or misleading information intended to deceive.
Deepfakes or impersonations of real individuals without consent.
Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit material.
Content that promotes discrimination or harassment based on race, religion, or gender.
Content intended for unsafe, medical, legal, or financial advice without human review.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the projects and content you create using TatbiQ. However:

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ethical nature of your content.
TatbiQ may remove or restrict access to content that violates this Policy or applicable law.
Repeated or severe violations may result in account termination or permanent bans.

TatbiQ does not pre-screen all user-generated content but reserves the right to review materials if misuse is suspected.

TatbiQ may retain or disclose user-generated content to competent UAE authorities if required by law or legal process.

Platform Integrity and Fair Use

To maintain fair and consistent access for all users, you agree not to:

Manipulate pricing or subscription models to gain unfair advantage.
Create multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits.
Use automated systems that generate excessive or abusive requests.
Reverse engineer or extract proprietary data, code, or AI model behavior from TatbiQ.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter behavior or content that violates this Policy, please report it to support@TatbiQ.ai with:

A brief description of the issue.
Relevant URLs or screenshots.
Your contact information (optional for anonymous reports).

TatbiQ reviews all valid reports promptly and may take corrective action, including warnings, suspensions, or permanent account termination.

TatbiQ reserves the right to share relevant report details with law-enforcement or regulatory bodies where legally required.

Enforcement and Consequences

TatbiQ reserves the right to:

Remove or disable content that breaches this Policy.
Suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice.
Report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.
Cooperate with legal requests or investigations.

We assess violations on a case-by-case basis. Decisions are final and may not always include detailed disclosure for security and privacy reasons.

Termination or suspension under this Policy shall not entitle the user to any refund, credit, or compensation, and TatbiQ may preserve related account data for evidentiary or compliance purposes in line with the PDPL.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically to reflect new risks, legal obligations, or technological changes. The most current version is always available at TatbiQ.ai/acceptable-use. Your continued use of TatbiQ after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
